White Lies (Rusko’s Euphoria Mix) – Mr. Hudson

Rusko is just straight fire all the time. Instead of other dubstep artists that just throw in the heaviest bass of all time and a bunch of spaceship noises, he makes great, complex melodies. This is definitely the case on this track with fellow Brit Mr. Hudson. Check it.

Can’t Tell Me Nothing (GRiZ Remix) – Kanye West

Hailing from Detroit, GRiZ has just come onto my radar and I gotta say I’m really impressed. At first I thought this song was going to be a mediocre attempt at adding some wobbles to Kanye’s classis – truth is GRiZ tore this track up. Not just sick dubstep, but a catchy ass melody with some sexy piano chords to accompany Kanye’s verses. The entire song is gold, and if you haven’t checked out the other gems on GRiZ’s soundcloud page then check it out bitches. Enjoy.

Anticipate – Skream + Netsky Remix

Huge massive dubstep banger from Skream. Even sexier banger remix by Netsky. Win-win. Stream only on these.

Money In The Bank (NEUS Remix) – Lil’ Scrappy

It seems like lately more and more producers are deciding to remix Hip Hop classics. By all means I love it, but a lot of the time the remix just ends up being a fucking failure. Not NEUS though. This kid can transform any rap song into a head-banging, speaker-crushing, wall-shattering saga. This is some heavy ass dubstep boys and girls so if you don’t think your little fragile ears can handle the bass then bow out now.

Pick Your Poison – Diplo & Datsik feat. Kay

Tried writing a post for this track but I honestly didn’t even know where to start. I’ve only listened to it twice and it’s already in my top three favorite dubstep songs of all time. I mean what did you expect from a first time Diplo/Datsik collab? They’re fucking geniuses. (Out August 2nd)

Moombionic Mixx (La Greca)

Among many other things, Summer 2011 will also be remembered as the time when Moombahton exploded onto the electronic music scene. Originally produced by Dave Nada nearly two years ago in D.C, Moombahton, with the help of DJs such as Dillon Francis and Diplo (both producers for the Mad Decent Label), has become insanely popular today, even though it had already started with a loyal following. To be honest I am only a fairly recent convert to Moombahton, and wish I had heard the Reggaeton/House hybrid earlier because I think I’m in love. All the credit for my discovery of Moombahton though has to go to my friend “La Greca,” a DJ/Producer from Boston, MA who has already released a number of sick mixes I haven’t been able to stop listening to. Since she has been following electronic music for so long (especially moombahhh) she is able to find those tasty underground tracks you’ve never heard, but wish you seriously had a long time ago. La Greca’s “Moombionic Mixx” will blow your musical doors open, giving your ears that sweet nectar they crave. You can be sure to hear a lot more of La Greca here on VelectroRaptor so be sure to show her love on Facebook and Twitter, and as always hit that play button and be ready to groove out to 53 minutes of pure good vibes. Enjoy!

Delilah (Diplo Remix) – Mavado

I’m not even a big electro guy, but literally everything Diplo touches is fire.

This is What It’s Like to Be One of the Hottest DJs in the World

Song is fucking sick too.

Amplifire – Diplo & Skrillex

Two of today’s best DJ producers (Diplo being my favorite), Diplo and Skrillex have come together to bring us a moombahton dubstep gem. Such a good tune. Will definitely get you in the mood to rave on the beach tonight.

Not Getting Any Better – Innerpartysystem (Kelly Dean Dubstep Remix)

There’s no doubt about it, I love dubstep. But sometimes some DJs make it just too overwhelming to the point where it’s no longer even a pleasure listening to the song. Kelly Dean has perfected the art that is dubstep though. Just that hardcore grimy bass that transforms any song from a bland track to a floor shaking, brain melting banger that we here at VelectroRaptor love. This remix is gold and epitomizes all that I’ve just described. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for Kelly Dean in the future, and we suggest you do too. Check this track out and download it now, you won’t regret it. The new music you love and crave is always found here at VR, so show us some love on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, and as always feel free to submit tracks to us at velectroraptor@gmail.com.
